This fund was created by Sara's best friend and husband Jeffrey H. Boutwell and her beloved daughters, Rachael Seiler and Laura Edwards.
Sara worked for the Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region, where she helped create the Youth in Philanthropy (YIP) program. The Sara P. Boutwell Memorial Fund will support the operating needs of the YIP progam and will honor her commitment to the idea that young people should learn the art of philanthropy.
