The Mary E. Berger Scholarship was awarded to Ana Fairchild, EC Glass High School. Ms. Fairchild plans to study English at the University of Virginia.

The Baron P. “Deuce” Braswell II Memorial Scholarship was awarded to Dominic Aldridge of Chancellor High School, Christian Armstrong of Spotsylvania High School, Caitlin Duffy of James Monroe High School and Sarah Frohnapfel of Colonial Forge High School. Mr. Aldridge plants to attend Radford University and study Political Science. Mr. Armstrong plans to study Engineering at Bridgewater College. Ms. Duffy will be attending the University of Virginia. Ms. Frohnapfel plans on pursuing journalism at Lafayette College.

The James Monroe High School 1992 Girls Athletic Scholarship was awarded to Allison Blake Wood, James Monroe High School. Ms. Wood will be attending Virginia Tech and will be studying Biology. In addition, Ms. Wood was also awarded The Bill Lontz Science Scholarship and the Paul E. Neri Memorial Scholarship.

Ms. Schrade will be attending Brigham Young University’s pre-med program with a focus on Physiology and Developmental Biology. Ms. Young will be attending the College of William and Mary.
