This fund has been established with a gift and bequest within his will by Alan Courtney. The fund will provide designated support for Hospice Support Care, Greater Fredericksburg SPCA, Fredericksburg Area HIV/Aids Support Services and Virginia Department of Social Services/Foster Care/Child Protection Services in Orange, Virginia.
