Established by Paula Felder to honor her daughter Anne, this fund will provide support that helps to improve and enrich the lives of the intellectually disabled and disadvantaged population of Fredericksburg.

This fund will provide support that helps to improve and enrich the lives of the intellectually disabled and disadvantaged population of Fredericksburg.
Dates:
- Applications open January 19, 2026.
- Applications will not be accepted after 5:00 PM on February 26, 2026.
- Outcomes will be announced the week of March 23, 2026
- Funds should be used within 10 months of the grant award.
