The Mansouri Family Charitable Fund
Eye surgeon and medical director, Arash Mansouri and Access Eye Center Executive Director Michele Mansouri established this donor advised family fund in 2017.
According to Michele, who also serves on the foundation's board of governors as President Elect, “We knew there was more we could do for our community. But the truth is, the need is great and we just don’t have the time or resources to vet all the causes we could potentially help. Starting a fund at The Community Foundation solves that concern. They make us aware of needs that are important to us, and they’ve already done the legwork to ensure we support reputable organizations that are hard at work assisting with causes that we believe in.”
Doc sums up his committment to our region this way, “I owe so much of who and what I am to this community. It’s a privilege to give back to a place I love so much.”
