Jan 11: Shared Leadership

This workshop is an Executive Director Discussion Group. Discussion Groups are1.5-hour meetings offering a space for peer learning and support, for gaining fresh perspectives and learning about others approaches, and for sharing common challenges and brainstorming solutions. The purpose is to foster a culture of learning and support and a community of practice among Executive Directors in the region. Group members will rely on peer support to troubleshoot real-time challenges and, in turn, provide guidance and support to their peers.
