The Jeremiah Community is a vision of the supportive neighborhood built to care for the unique needs of those overcoming chronic homelessness. The project will include at least 50 small homes, a community center, a garden, an art workshop, and a variety of on-site supportive services. Read more to learn about the project.

The Community Foundations Makes First $25,000 Anniversary Grant to Support Historic Church Cemetery Restoration in King George.
The Community Foundation awarded $25,000 to the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust (NVCT) to support its land conservation efforts in Stafford County in the second celebratory 25th anniversary grant.
