- Become familiar with grant guidelines and focus areas. The foundation has many competitive grantmaking opportunities, each with different guidelines, focus areas and timelines!
- Add important dates to your calendar.
- Log into our online grant system. View the tutorial video and help resources.
Instructions for new/returning applicants to access the system, complete reports.
- If you are a new user: Click on "Create New Account" to complete the registration process and create your logon credentials.
- Once your account is set up: Please enter your credentials and log in. If you forgot your password, please use the "Forgot your Password?" link to the left to reset your password.
- Not Sure? If you think that you or someone at your organization has already registered in the system, do not create a new account. Please contact our Director of Donor Services, Casey Hu at casey.hu@cfrrr.org (540) 373-9292 x123 to confirm and receive your username.

- Note to new applicants: During the registration process, you won’t be able to save partial information. You should gather all the required information before beginning. You will need your organization’s Employer Identification Number (EIN), phone number, mailing address, and your organization’s executive officer’s name and email address.
