The Duff “McDuff” Green Jr. Fund of The Community Foundation assisted King George Education Foundation (KGEF) in sponsoring campers at Camp Invention for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

The Anne Sturdy Animal Protection Fund granted $6,000 to the Central Virginia Horse Rescue (CVHR) to support the rescue and rehabilitation of horses seized in Spotsylvania County.

The Women and Girls Fund of The Community Foundation Celebrates $50,000 Grant to Empowerhouse!

A unique retirement gift engages the Wampler family in philanthropy and continues legacy of giving.

The Jeremiah Community is a vision of the supportive neighborhood built to care for the unique needs of those overcoming chronic homelessness. The project will include at least 50 small homes, a community center, a garden, an art workshop, and a variety of on-site supportive services. Read more to learn about the project.
